STRUCTURE
R.C.C. frame structure with column footing foundation as per requirement

BRICKWORKS
With good quality bricks in cement mortar.
Wall in external portion and all internal walls
Walls will be finished with cement plaster.

FLOORING
Good quality marble (2 X 2.5 ft.) including Skirting.

DOORS
Wooden frames (3 X 2.5 ft) in all doors with 1.5” thick commercial Ply Flush Doors.

WINDOWS
Grill fitting with aluminum frames and 3 mm Black Glass.

KITCHEN
Marble floor , slab with black stone finish and Glazed tiles at necessary points with sinks and Necessary taps etc.

BATHROOM
Floor standard and Glazed Tiles upto linten Height with necessary taps and pans etc.

WALLS FINISHING
Cement Plastered walls with plaster of Paris.

COLOUR
Doors, windows and grills to be finished by Enamel paints. Outside walls by British make paints finish.

ELECTRICAL
Electric concealed wiring with necessary points (Finolex copper wire will be used). The Developer shall provide for the electric meter for the common services including staircase lighting at cost but the amount of deposit shall be proportionally recovered from the intending buyers or flat holders.
