Civil Works:
• Reinforced cement concrete earthquake resistant framed structure with isolated footings resting on hard
strata using with thermex bars and 53 grade branded cement. All External walls with 9"" and internal
walls with 41/2"" thick traditional bricks wall using 1:6 cement mortar. Two coats of plastering with sponge
finishing for internal and external walls.

Joinary Wood Works:
• Main Door: Teak wooden frame with teak paneled shutter with standard SS hardware fittings.
• Internal Joinary: Teak wooden frames with waterfroof flush shutters with standard hardware fittings with
SS finish.
• Windows: Best quality aluminium frames with glass paneled sliding shutters with safety grills.

Flooring And Skirting:
• 2'x2' sized semi virtified flooring with skirting.
• Anti-skid ceramic tile flooring in toilets.
• Marble or granite flooring with skirting for corridors and staircase.

Toilets:
• 12x8 sized tile dadoing up to door level.
• One European WC in common toilet and European WC in attached toilet with flush tanks.
• Common Geyser point provision shall be provided in both toilets.

Painting Works:
• All internal walls painted with 2 coats of Emulsion on two coats of lappam on one coat of primer.
• All joinery with two coat Enamel paint.
• All External Walls with ACE with multi colours over cement primer.

Water Supply And Sewer Lines:
• All water lines from bore well to sump and overhead tanks to all flats with lines with CPC fittings.
• All sewer lines with 4"" PVC lines in vertical and 6""mud pipes for drainage lines in horizontal.
• Overhead tanks for bore water and municipal water.

Lift:
• 6 passenger lift of standard make.
