Plumbing: Concealed G.I Piping of TATA make / oswal and PVC pipe of sudhakar/equivlent make.
Sanitary Fitting: Parry ware / Hind ware / cera make with one Indian, one western :commode and C.P Fittings of Ess. Or equivalent make.
Electrical Fittings: Standard electrical fitings, modular switches with adequate number of points
Lift: 6 passengers lift of Jhonson/equivalent make with V3F drives for smooth operation, energy saving and lowering wear and tear.
Painting: Internal walls with NCL Altek and plastic emulsion paint, weather shield max paint for exteriors.
Water: Sewage and drinking water connections as per the norms specified by HMWSSB.
