Structure
RCC framed structure with RCC foundations,
Anti-termite treatment will be provided 9" thick brick wall for the outer and 4-1/2" thick brick wall for the internal partition Rain water harvesting
Wall finishes
Internal walls will be finished with OBD over puty application Toilet walls will be finished with glazed ceramic tiles of 2 colours with border designer for aesthetics up to a height of 7 feet.
Toilets kitchen and balconies will be furnished with cement plaster and cement paint.
Dado of 2 ft above the kitchen platform will be finished with glazed ceramic tiles.

Teak wood framed solid wooden paneled doors giving a classy natural finish or melamine finish. Designer lock of prime brand will be used. Bedroom Doors 30mm thick moulded skin doors of premium quality with enamel paints on both sides will be used.
Toilets will have chemically treated doors with enamel paints.
Bath tub will be provided for master bedroom.

Padak wood for frame and shutters, see-through plain glass will be used. Painted MS grills will be fixed on the inner side.
