TC Palya also is known as Thambu Chetty Palya is one of the well-developed locality situated in the north-eastern parts of Bangalore. It is located within the KR Puram area and comes under the jurisdiction of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) which takes care of the civic works such as water, electricity, parks, road and highways, sanitation, garbage disposal, etc. of the localities.
