Glazed tiles in toilets up to full height with concept. Anti- skid/mat finish tiles in flooring. Water proofing in all toilets

Plumbing :
Providing all branded plumbing in PVC pipes and fittings

Doors :
Main door frame & shutter of teak wood with brass fittings. Other door with RCC frames and 1.5.1. mark fitting

Windows :
Powder coated aluminum sliding windows with M.S. Grill with marble sill.

Electrification :
Powder coated aluminum sliding windows with M.S. Grill with marble sill. Concealed copper wiring with M.C.B. Distribution board and standard points in all rooms. Power points will be provided in hall, kitchen and bathroom

Painting :
All rooms will be painted internally with pleasing shades of oil bound distemper. External walls will be painted with water proof cement paint
