BLACK TOP ROADS

• Well developed network of asphalt roads of width not less than 30feet for cross roads and 60 feet for main roads.
• Roads are laid with wet mix macadam, black top and three mix carpet of high quality.
• The wet mix macadam will be 150 mm and above this 30mm mix seal is laid.
• Even though roads with wet mix macadam are expensive, it is used since it is durable and strong.

CULVERTS

• Built with concrete cover slabs of minimum thickness of 230mm to sustain heavy loads.

WATER SUPPLY

• Water supply network for the entire layout is designed with the state-of-theart roducts that sets the industry standard.
• This consists of overhead tanks, ground level reservoirs and distribution network. For distribution network ISI standard HDPE pipes of class PE 100 strength are used.

STORM WATER DRAINS

• Open drain of box type & U shaped precast drains are constructed throughout the layout. Proper levels are maintained at every junction of drain to avoid stagnation.

SANITARY WORKS

• Glazed stoneware pipes are used for sanitary lines. Standard table mold are used for construction of manholes.

ELECTRICITY

• The electrical network is well designed with poles, street lights and transformers. Underground pipes arelaid to provide electricity for each site.
• Transformers of the required capacity are installed at regular internals

PLANTATION OF TREES

• Plantation of saplings on either sides of the road. About 22 different varieties of more than 40 thousand saplings are planted in all the projects.
