STRUCTURE :

• Earthquake resistant Reinforced cement concrete frame- slabs, beams, columns, and foundations. 

SUPER STRUCTURE :

• All external walls are 9" thick and internal walls are of 4.5" thick with a good quality red brick in cement mortar. 

FLOORING :

• 80cm x 80 cm double charged vitrified tiles in all rooms except wet areas.
• Aesthetically designed Vitrified tiles / Granite for corridors & Lift wall. 

PLASTERING :

• Two coats of cement plastering with smooth finish for internal walls.
