Sai Praveen Construction is a family owned and operated business. Sai Praveen Construction has enjoyed a constant growth since it started operation in earnest in 1992 as a small time developer. The firm was started by Mr B K S N Babu,who with great dreams and right entrepreneur spirit didn’t fear the consequences, left a bread winning job and then he never had to look back. Success was always at his door step ,hard work and honesty was his only moto. He was later joined by his son, B Sai Praveen, B.E, MBA, who travelled a lot and gathered handful experience before he opened a sister company: Sai Praveen Infra and Realty Pvt Ltd and now taking his Dad’s small time dream into reality and on a path of success.



Our company now provides contracting services and undertake commercial and industrial ventures as well. We have been licensed to work in all parts of India. We believe in using updated technologies and ensure safety when designing venture plans. Our Main ambition is the desire to achieve success by following the policies of the corporation and by performing quality work in the safest, most economical manner and in a said period of time.
