STRUCTURE

• R.C.C. framed structure to withstand wind and seismic loads

JOINERY

• Main Door: Teak wood frame with HDF moulded paneled shutter doors with melamine polishing and reputed make hardware
• Internal Doors: Teak wood frame with HDF moulded paneled shutter doors with painting and reputed make hardware
• French Doors, if any: UPVC door frame of reputed profile sections with tinted glass paneled shutters and designer hardware of reputed make with provision for mosquito mesh track (mesh and fixing cost to be borne by the customer)

• Windows: UPVC Windows of reputed profile sections with tinted glass with suitable finished as per design with provision for mosquito mesh track (mesh and fixing cost to be borne by the customer)
• Grills: Aesthetically designed mild steel (M.S) grills with enamel paint finish

PAINTING

• External: Two coats of exterior emulsion paint of reputed make
• Internal: Smooth putty finish with 2 coats of premium acrylic plastic emulsion paint of reputed make over a coat of primer

FLOORING

• Living, dining, bedrooms and kitchen: 600 x 600 mm Vitrified tiles of reputed make
• Bathrooms: AntiSkid ceramic tiles of reputed make
• Corridors: Granite / Vitrified tiles of reputed make
• All Balconies and Utilities: Antiskid ceramic tiles of reputed make

TILES CLADDING
