MASTER PLAN
Devraai, the sacred grove, God's residence, where the local flora is fostered in all its natural splendor, where the umbrella of faith with realization of each and every part of nature is sacred to the fabric of creation, a place that is ideal for human residence. Villages in our country traditionally conserve & protect such areas. In simpler words it's a piece of land where vegetation is allowed to grow naturally around a small temple of the village God, where every specie has its own home. In Devraai, Kiwale, we have tried to revive the wonderful tradition where the buildings & trees will live together. At Sanjeevani we believe that society isn't just about buildings and people, but it is all about accommodating bio-diversity and making it grow with us. If you are working at Hinjawadi Infotech Park, PCMC Industrial Area, Chakan/Talegaon Industrial Area, or studying in the Educational Institutes along the bypass highway or with any of the service stations along the Mumbai-Banglore bypass on the Bavdhan-Kiwale stretch, Devraai is your THE HOME! In the vicinity of Mumbai-Banglore highway yet aloof from the traffic nuisance, Devraai is ideal home as well an investment too! With the fastest growing West side of city & the IPL Gahunje stadium coming up ahead, Kiwale is all set to become the hub next of Pune.
