9” Thick Load bearing walls in Brickwork with Cement Mortar 1:5 & RCC columns wherever necessary
4 ½ “ Thick Partition walls in Brick work with Cement Mortar 1:4

Roof Slabs:
Reinforced Cement Concrete with mix 1:2:4

Stair :
R.C.C. Waist Slab & Brick Masonry steps fitted with M.S.  Railing.

Shelves:
Open Rack Shelves with Cuddapah Slab – One in Kitchen and one in Each Bed room.

Lofts:
R.C.C lofts of 2’ Width in Kitchen & one in Each Bedroom.

Cooking Platform:
R.C.C Slab for 2’ Width – Top finished with Granite
Glazed Tiles for 2’ height above the Platform level
Kitchen Sink in Stainless Steel/Granite.

Flooring Finish:
Flooring in all rooms with 2’ x 2’ Virtified Tiles with 3” skirting.
Toilet flooring and Walls Ceramic tiles up to lintel height.

Wood Work :
Main doors using Teak wood Frame & wood door fitted with Brass tower bolts and hinges
Other doors frames will be in Country wood and flush door/Panel Door will be provided. And windows in Country wood and iron oxidized Hinges and Aluminum bolt and handles of reputed make.

Painting :
Emulsion paint with putty work for walls and Ceiling and Varnish for Main Door and Enamel paints for other Doors, windows & Grills.

Wiring :
Concealed wiring (three phase) with electrical points provision as needed by the Purchasers requirement and mutually accepted. All Wiring with PVC conduit pipes. All of ISI Standards.

Sanitary & Plumbing:
IWC or EWC in each toilet of Parryware make.
Concealed water lines inside the toilet & Kitchen
PVC pipes for sewage connections.
All fittings shall be in CP fittings and Taps of Parry Ware.

Water supply:
Potable Ground water through Bore with 0.5 HP Jet pump
Overhead tank for water supply.
