M/S. Shakti Property Developer's Pvt. Ltd., the name itself describes the power of the Company as name of "Mata Shakti" with it. The word "shakti", is derived from "Sanskrit", means "POWER". MATA SHAKTI is the "hindu" goddess and supporting the company to make every dream come true for it. M/S. Shakti Property Developer's Pvt. Ltd. was a family concern, promoted by MR. RAJESH V. MISHRA, a humble and low profile reputed entrepreneur. He constructed small buildings projects as a developer & contractor in & around Kandivali & Dahishar in his individual capacity. Apart from that Side by side he took keen interest in implementation of slum rehabilitation projects in suburbs and interacted with slum dwellers and governing body of SRA and acquired in-depth knowledge of intricacies involved in SRA projects & started doing consultancy. He developed direct link with many slum projects being developed in western suburbs and came across the projects having future where he has direct rapport with representative of slum dwellers and project affected persons under reservations. This has prompted the promoter to enter into the development of SRA project field as land cost in SRA projects are zero. With this background, Mr. Rajesh V. Mishra formed Subject Company with an object of developing SRA projects. The Company always believes in relationship, and has been established as a private limited company on 26th August 1999, engaged in the development & construction of residential & commercial projects. As per Companies Object, it engaged in developing the various SRA projects, incorporating all the parameters of SRA scheme and building free sale tower in majestic stylish design with latest modern amenities.
