Inside walls with full cement based putty with interior emulsion paint, Doors with varnish / enamel paint.

Concealed telephone TV and cable TV points ample power points as per Architect advice will be provided.
Lift, common lighting, compound lighting, Borewell motor and Municipal water will be connected in
common.
Necessary provision for fixing Aircondition equipment for two bed rooms with plug point and grill
Each flat connected with backup generator with necessary light points and power points. Connected to all
common facilities as per Electrical Engineer advice.
Separate TNEB Room at Stilt floor.
