MASTER PLAN
FOUNDATION & STRUCTURE: The R.C.C framed structure shall be designed and built taking due care of earthquake force and safe bearing capacity of the strata. Foundation shall be laid only on attaining hard strata of soil. The entire structure shall be built with ready concrete of reputed make, with TMT steel for reinforcement.
Light weight cement block walls (Outer walls 8” & Inner walls 4”).
All Internal walls shall be cement based putty finish.
Granite kitchen platform, moulding, with steel sink (or) granite sink.
2’X4’ size vitrified tiles flooring of standard quality in hall & dining, bedrooms, kitchen and balconies.
Ceramic flooring in toilets.
External surface will be putty & texture combination and emulsion paint.
Internal walls of the flat will be painted with Acrylic Emulsion.
WOOD WORK
All internal and main doorframes will be Teak with beading and polishing.
All internal door shutters will be flush type with Teak veneer with beadings and polishing.
Teak paneled shutters for main entrance door with necessary brass fitting and polishing.
All window frames and shitters will be UPV C with necessary fitting. Glass panel and safety grills and with granite Patti around the window.
GLAZED TILES
Toilets will be provided with glazed tiles upto 7’ height.
Kitchen will be provided 2’-0” dado glazed tiles above platform.
Kitchen will be provided with 2 water connections, one for corporation water and other for borewell water.
Counter for wash basin with moulding shall be given in dining hall.
All toilets shall be given counter wash basin, Cascade model W.C., wall mixture, health faucet.
Kitchen shall be provided 2 nos. large body CP taps, loft tank plumbing provision in wash area.
ELECTRICAL WORK
3-Phase individual meter will be provided.
Concealed P.V.C. Pipes and cables shall be provided.
Modular switches.
1 no 4-way distribution box with necessary circuit breakers shall be provided.
Following electrical points shall be provided in the flat:
a) Drawing & Dining: 1 no. 15amps socket, 2 nos. fan points, 2 light points, 2 light points, 1 no. 15amps socket, 1 no. T.V. socket, 1 no. telephonic point.
b) Internet wiring provision.
c) All bedrooms: 1 no. 15amps socket for A/C, 1 no. fan point, 2 nos, light points, 1 no T.V. & 1 no Telephonic point. 2 way switch for 1 no. of light point and 1 no. of fan point.
