It has been an eventful journey from 1989 to the time now, we at shiv Om believe in the delivering the best. It gives us immense pleasure to introduce our family to the beginning of the development of building lives.

A strong need arise in me to make something big to make something happen to be someone in the world of materialism glory and hard rock feeling of being a human with the will to succeed and my eyes filled with the warmth to succeed. I was determined to a new uprising in my life and I knew I had it in me .destiny was my bringing and fate was written by the creator of all constructions in life. My creation was complete when I was constructed to be human and provide something to the world. The strong foundation of shiv om  group was laid by man with a vision MR BHUPENDRRA MEHTS in the year 1989 with a passion to build dream houses for masses. From the beginning shiv om had clear goals to spread awareness amongst people who wanted to have their own home as pers their choices suiting their level budgets.
