Structure:  

• RCC frame with columns & Beams of Manual & Ready-Mix Concrete 

Masonry:  

• External 6" block work & internal with 4" block for walls. 

Plastering:  

• All internal walls smoothly plastered and sponge finish for exterior (Before plastering chicken mesh to be used for column and block wall joint). 

Flooring:  

• Vitrified tiles (2'*4') for living, Bed Rooms and dining 
• Anti-skid (1'*1') flooring for bathrooms & balcony flooring 

Painting:  

• Interior: Tractor Emulsion paint. (JK PATTI - 3 Coats; Asian Tractor Emulsion - 2 Coats)
• Exterior: Asian Apex weather proof. (Suryacem - 1 Coat; Asian Apex - 2 Coat)
• Asian Enamel paint for MS grill/door. 

Toilets:  

• Digital wall Tiles in Toilets up to 8 feet height. (2'X4') with corner plastic Beading. 
• Wall mounted EWC and wash basin in all toilets provided with Jaguar.
• Tube lights for common area
• Cement tiles for walking track

Provisions:  

• Purifier, Refrigerator, cooking range exhaust fan, point in kitchen. 
• Washing machine point in utility area, as well water points.
• Provision for ironing.
• UPS Point provision in each flat.
• Lift rooms to be constructed in top most floor
• Basement 5' x 4' bathroom cum toilet (2 toilets). 

Electrical:  

• T.V. & Telephone points will be provided in hall and master bedrooms 
• 3 KW power for each house
• Fire resistant electrical wires of Anchor or equivalent make.
