Shivpriya Construction is a name of honour in reality sector and construction industry. The company was formed by Mr. Aijay Raikar some five years ago but seeds of its inception were sown several years before that when members of Mr. Aijay Raikar's family decided to enter into the world of builders and erectors.

Shivpriya Construction has to its credit three completed projects and two ongoing projects. Presently it is catering services mainly in economic housing. Most of our projects are positioned in the prime locality of Wadgaon Budruk and Narhe-Ambegaon in close vicinity of Sinhagad road and Mumbai- Banglore highway.
