Grills will be finished with good quality Enamel paint.
All pipe lines wherever visible will be painted of suitable colour to match the facade of building.

WATER AND SUPPLY SEWERAGE SYSTEM:
All the water pipes and sanitary pipes will be of first quality pipes to ISI specifications, pipes will be concealed in the interiors and fixed open clamps in the exteriors.

Provision of niches for providing wardrobes will be made in the walls in each of the bedrooms.
Wherever necessary lofts 1' 6” wide will be provided on one side in kitchen and bedroom as per request.

WASH AREA:
Adequate service space for washing with wash basin and pipe line

FLOORING:
The flooring in the living room, bedroom, dining areas and balconies will be of tile flooring. Size of 600 mm x 600 mm
Toilets will be of Anti Slippery tile flooring to suit the wall tiles provided.
Common areas such as stairs, lobby etc. shall be of normal flooring.
