STRUCTURE:

• R.C.C. earthquake resistant framed structure with internal brick walls 4” (10 cm) thick & external brick walls 6” (15cm) thick.

PLASTER:

• Cement plaster with sand face sponge finish externally.

PAINTING:

• INTERNAL: Oil bound distemper
• EXTERNAL: Finished with apex paint.

WATER SUPPLY:

• Underground & overhead water tanks of adequate capacities. Separate underground & overhead water tanks of adequate capacities. Separate compartments in overhead tank for drinking and bore well water.

LIFT:

• Lift will be Standard company (Kone or equivalent make)

POWER BACK UP:

• Battery back up to lift, pumps and staircase lights.

FIRE FIGHTING:

NAME PLATE:

• Main door with S.S. name plate, letter box at parking level.

DRY TERRACE:

• One platform with S.S. sink, two power points, one each for washing machine and dish washer.

• In kitchen and all bedrooms, one loft above common toilet as per individual's requirement.

• MAIN DOOR: Good quality moulded flush door shutters (Masonite or equivalent make) with brass fittings.
