The locality also suffers from traffic congestion issues, especially along NH-24. This highway carries a heavy traffic of commuters, who travel to Delhi and Noida from Ghaziabad. The dearth of parks and children’s play area is also a cause of concern for the area’s residents.

The proposal to widen National Highway 24 (NH-24) from the existing six-lane highway to an eight-lane highway will minimise the traffic woes of the commuters. This upgradation will aid better accessibility and add to the convenience of Lal Kuan’s residents. The proposed Phase-3 Metro extension to Greater Noida, Noida, and Mehrauli, which will pass through Lal Kuan, will lead to a tremendous increase in both the demand and supply of residential and commercial properties in the area.
