The company has successfully marketed more than 6 lakhs sq.ft of industrial space at logicity, the industrial park facility of one of its sister concerns. After a brief stint with residential apartments, now christened Shri Kailash Infra Parks Private Limited, is foraying into industrial infrastructure. The company intentds to develop logistics/industrial parks across the country. The company has already acquired 24 acres of Land at Coimbatore and 10 acres in Cochin to start with.
