STRUCTURE: -

• R. C. C. framed Structure. 

WALL: -

• External walls 9" thick brickwork. Internal walls 4" thick brick work. 

PLASTERING: -

• Externally double coat sand faced plaster finished in c m 1:4,
• internally single coat cement plaster finished in C M 1:6 with standard quality wall care putty smooth finish. 

STAIRCASE: -

• R.C.C. staircase with standard quality granite flooring and SS railing. 

DOORS: -

• Entrance Door frames are teak wood with decorative panel and remaining Doors frames shall be Jungle Wood frame with flush doors.
• MS rolling shutters for commercial shop openings.

WINDOWS: -

• Aluminum Sliding windows with powder coated MS safety Grill painted duly powder coated with synthetic enamel paint fitted with 4 mm clear/opaque glass and SS mosquito mesh. 

FLOORINGS: -

• All rooms and balconies shall have standard quality and make (Kajaria / Johnson) make vitrified/ceramic 24"x24" tiles with 4" skirting. utility balcony and toilet shall have anti-skid ceramic floorino. 

BATH/TOILET

• Finishina: - Standard quality colored Glaze tiles daddoinaup to 7' for bath includina white color wall mounting commode with flush tank in the attached bath and in the common bath Indian type white color we pan with flush tank will be provided.
• All bath room door frames will be standard aualitv granites and flush doors. 

ENTRANCE LOBBY: -

• Decorative Granite/Vetrified/Ceramic flooring. 

PAINTINGS: -

• Internal walls with one coat primer and two coats plastic emulsion paint. External walls with one coat primer and two coatswater proof paint. 

KITCHEN PLATFORM: -

• Kitchen will be provided with 10' long 2 ft. wide kitchen platform with built-in stainless-steel sink.
