Structure:
All types of columns, beams, lintel, Chajja and RCC slabs etc in substructure and superstructure shall be withM20 Grade of concrete. All roof casting will be provided in (Redimix Concrete).

10” exterior and 5” interior walls of first class K.B Bricks.

All electrical wiring with premium brand fire resistant insulated copper wire/Cable concealed conduits to wall, Ceiling etc, adequate no. of light points, fan points and AC points in all bed room and Geyser points to toilets. Distribution box with MCB will provided for each flat, modular switches with metal box will be provided. Individual Earthing to Each flat.
