This Company is formed in 1990 under company act Er.Vinod Digrajkar, B.E. (civil) M.I.E F.I.V. Sangeet Alankar is working as a Managing Director of this company. His family members are other Directors. Vinod Digrajkar has constructed a first Commercial cum residential project known as Sudhakar Chambers in Gangaves, Kolhapur in which there was near about 10000 Sq.Ft. constructed area. He then formed this company. Company has constructed so far 250 Flats and Row Houses, Commercial units on 240000 Sq.Ft area i.e. on 6 acres of land (Approx).Each building has given name of Raag in classical music i.e. Kedar,Bageshree,Durga,Saarang, Hindol, Madhukauns, Malhar. These Building are constructed in Sudhakar Nagar (Near Y.P. Powar Nagar) and in Sindhunagari, Near Hockey Stadium.



Er. Vinod Digrajkar was formerly a director of Promoters and Builders association of Kolhapur (CREDAI Kolhapur), presently he is working as a director of Shree Mahalaxmi Co-op Bank Kolhapur. He was a formerly President of this bank.
