Kitchen: 

• Polished black granite counter top with Stainless steel sink (single bowl / single drain board) with hot & cold wall mixer. Provision for water heater and water purifier. Ceramic tiles to wall above counter top upto 2 ft height.

Electrical and Plumbing: 

• Copper wiring, modular switches / sockets by reputed manufacturers. Provision for geysers, exhaust fans in bathrooms, provision for split AC in master bedroom, Telephone / cable TV points in living and master bedroom. 

Bathrooms:
