  Foundation

•   R.C.C. framed Structure on Columns beams and slabs based on structural drawing.

  Walls

•   1st quality table moulded bricks used for external walls - 9". partition walls- 41/" walls.

  Floor & Wall Tiling

•   Flooring will be Vitrified Tiles Plain Colors (2' x 2') for Hall, Bedrooms, Kitchen and Dining area. Skirting for 4".
•   Bath, Toilet flooring & Wall tiling will be provided colour glazed tiles upto 7'.0" height.
•   Polished Granite slab 2'.0" wide for cooking platform with SS Sink.
•   Glazed tiles upto 5'.0" height will be provided above cooking platform.

  Carpentry Works

•   Main door Teak wood frame with teak wood panel door with both side varnish finish.
•   Other doors Teak wood frame with skin doors with enamel paint.
•   Windows — UPVC Window with fixed square bar M.S. grills & Painted with enamel paint.

  Shelves & Lofts

•   Open rack shelves of cuddappah slabs will be provided each one in Bedrooms and Kitchen.
•   RCC loft at one side in Bedrooms and two side in Kitchen.

  Water Supply

•   Bore well Water Line in Bathroom and Bore well and Corporation water Line in Kitchen. Two OHT one for Bore well water one for Corporation water.

  Electrical

•   Wiring will be concealed with PVC conduit pipe and point will be provided. (Used by ISI Materials Only)

  PAINTING

•   Interior wall and ceiling fully 2 coats of birla putty one coat of asian primer with 2 coats of asian Premium Emulsion Painting. (Buyer Selection)
•   Exterior 1 coat of asian primer and 2 coat of asian Ace emulsion.

  PAINTING

•   Covered Car Parking with Covered by CC TV Surveillance.

   OTHERS

•   Lift, Security Room, RCC Wall Sump,
• Septic Tank, Penal Board for EB Meters.
