Sneha Developers commenced its activities in the month of April 2006. The idea of buying land and forming a small layout came out of many meeting that a few likeminded friends had in the early 2006. Nearly a dozen friends who have known each other for more than 35 years started discussing the idea of buying sites and building houses in a contiguous area, so that we can have a real comfortable life in a congenial ambience.



Since Mr. N S Mukunda was in business and had some background in the Construction and Contracting lines. He was assigned the responsibility of identifying the land and forming a small layout. But the land we identified and liked was 7.5 acres and when we planned a layout, we had nearly 90 sites of different dimensions, whereas our requirement was only 10 to 12 sites. It was then decided that we search for like minded people and offer these sites. We released an ad and rest as they say is history.



Since our basic object was not profiteering but to form a layout with likeminded people, so that a very congenial and comfortable ambience is created for the residents. We decided that we will offer the sites at cost plus a reasonable margin and not include any speculative margin in our pricing. That is how our USP of Sites at Cost concept was formed and thus was born SNEHA DEVELOPERS – a company that evolved on the concept of friendship and compatibility and this is exactly what we are carrying forward in all our ventures.
