Incorporated on 15th May, 2000, Master Properties Private Limited (MPPL) came into being as a result of a common vision shared between proprietor Mr. H.P Ramchandani and his collaborator Shri Indrajit Gupta (Ex-Home Minister of India). The vision was to re-configure the landscape of housing projects in Kolkata, by delivering high quality infrastructure at affordable prices. The first step in this lofty vision was to develop a parcel of land in the posh Ballygunge area of Kolkata. After the success of Sonny Heights in Ballygunge came other projects in quick succession at Queens Park and Elgin Road. These incredibly designed and executed real estate offerings came to be highly coveted, thereby propelling us to become pioneers amongst our peers. The objective all the while was tobring incredible design and simple capability while remaining affordable. Having conquered the boutique housing market in Central Kolkata, we then chose to focus on the group housing sector, which led to the development of a 1,000,000 sq ft. project called Susheila Apartments in Madhyamgram in 2007. This also marked our foray into the affordable mass-housing segment. We have not looked back ever since! Backed by a team of dynamic professionals that bring a combination of managerial and technical expertise to the table, allows us stay true to our vision while still being on the cutting edge of Real Estate to meet the needs of today's marketplace.
