Soundarya Constructions comprises a core of young, energetic and enthusiastic individuals dedicated to a life of quality. Founded on the 6th of October 1994, their first project was a Residential Apartment Complex, in Sheshadripuram, with a luxurious outlook. Soundarya Constructions has come a long way since, with nearly 20 years in the construction field and a thorough knowledge of the Real Estate space.



The team at Soundarya Constructions is ably guided under the vision of Mr. S.P. Hombanna, B.E. (Civil), Mr. V.S. Suresh, B.Com. (CA) & Mr. R. Jagadeesh, B.E. (Civil) who have nurtured the company and taken it forward over the past couple of decades. Their vision and perseverance has seen the company foray into Commercial Projects and Mall Developments, in addition to creating Residential Spaces. More recently, the company has also ventured into Layout formation, another feat that can be attributed to their strong value system
