Structure

• RCC framed structure and solid blocks used for external/internal walls 
• Earthquake resistant structure to adhere to seismic zone III
• Anti-termite treatment wherever applicable during the construction stage

Door/windows/ventilators

• Main door - 7 feet
• The frame is made of good quality seasoned and chemically treated teak wood.
• The shutter is 35mm  thick.
• The door on both sides is a teak veneered flush door stained and PU lacquer polished  assembly with a designer hardware of Godrej/Yale or equivalent make.
• UPVC french doors with sliding shutter will be provided.
• UPVC windows or aluminium powder coated with openable shutters for all windows will be provided with grills.
• UPVC/aluminium powder coated ventilators with pin headed glass will be provided.

Tiling - Flooring

• Terrace - Weather proof files
• Staircase - Granite
• Corridors & typical floor lobby - Vitrified tiles/granite flooring
• Driveway (external) - Good quality interlocking paving/car parking tiles

Kitchen

• Two water points - For metro and domestic water

Painting finishes

• All external walls will be finished with 2 coats of weatherproof emulsion paint of Asian/Dulux or equivalent make.

Toilets - Plumbing & sanitary

• CPVC/UPVC Waterpipelines/PVC soil waste lines/sewage pipelines & rainwater lines of  superior brands like Aashirwad/Astral/Supreme/Prince or equivalent make.

Elevators

• High speed automatic elevators

Electrical fixtures & fittings

• Three-phase power supply with concealed wiring will be provided.

Safety and security

• CCTV cameras at entry, exit and all other key common areas.
• Provision for satellite TV connection and internet connection within the apartment.
