Electrical: Suficiant number of paints in each flat with separate KSEB connection. Using good quality copper conduits and other accessory, switches will be modular type. ELCB, MCB etc.

Painting: Putty finished emulsion paint for all internal walls and exterior emulsion of berger or equaling brand for outside in suitable colors.
