MASTER PLAN

R.C.C. framed structure with foundation columns and beams as per structural drawings.
External Walls will be done in 9” thick and internal walls 41/2” thick as per drawings.

Main door out of African Teak wood frame and flush door both sides teak with varnish finish for the Main entrance It will have a Godrej/equivalent brand lock and SS fittings.

Flooring in Living, Dining will be of vitrified tiles of 2’X 2’ size and Bedrooms with semi vitrified tiles of 2’X 2’ size..
Toilet wall tiles will be of Glazed 8’ x 12’ tiles up to 7’ height and the floor will be of anti-skid ceramic tiles.1’ x 1’ size.
Kitchen flooring will be of ceramic tiles and ceramic/glazed tiles will be laid above the kitchen platform up to 2’ height.
KITCHEN
Will be laid with 2 ft wide black granite slab and fitted with SS sink.
Bottom open Shelves will be provided & provision for exhaust fan.
LOFTS AND CUPBOARDS
All the bedrooms will have open lofts and cupboards and the kitchen will have open lofts as per the drawings.
PAINTING
The ceiling will be painted with two coats of white colour supercem.
The interior walls will be painted with wall putty with emulsion paint.
External walls – Twocoats of cement paint. Doors and grills will be painted with two coats of enamel paint.
