• Vitrified tiles for living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen & balcony. Anti sked tiles at open terrace and bathrooms. Green & white marble in the staircases.

KITCHEN :

• Granite top or equivalent cooking platform with Blackstone partition with one stainless steel sink.
• Walls of the kitchen to be covered with ceramic tiles up to a height of 2 feet above the granite top.
• Provision for water filter near sink area.

AIR CONDITION POINTS :

• 2 BHK Flats will have 3 AC points.
• 3 BHK Flats will have  4 AC points.
