Flooring will be in 2x2 vertified tiles. The wall in the Bathroom,toilet will be of concept designded ceramic tiles upto a Height of 7ft and flooring will be Anti skid tiles.
Sanitaryware & Fittings :
All water clostes,washbasins, EWC and IWC will be in white cistems of PVC with make parryware.
Kitchen Platform & sink :

Doors & windows :
Main Door will be of teak frame with teak shutters with melamine polish.All other doors will be of Teak frame and flush shutters (both compressed with teakply or vebeers) with melamine polish except the Bathroom and Toilet doors. Bathroom and Toilet doors will be of film coated shutters with enamel painting.The main door will be provided with latch and Brass hinges and aldrop. All the other doors will be provided with Brass hinges and latch.
Walls :
Interior walls will be finished with wall putty over that 2 coats of Acrylic Emulsion with Roller finish.Exterior walls will be painted of 2 coats with ACE. All window frames and shutters will be enamel paint of 2 coats.
Plumbing & Water :
Concealed plumbing will be of GI pipes and PVC pipes,external plumbing of PVC pipes.
Shelving :
Cuddapha stone shelves will be provided in kitchen.Loft and Wardrobe provision will be given in all bedrooms.
Electricity and Wiring :
Wiring will be concealed and suitable for 3 phase connection.The supply will be accordance with rules and regulations of TNEB.The switches will be of modular switches of good quality.15A plug will be provided in the bathroom/toilet. 5A will be provided in the living bedroom,drinking,kitchen and utility.Any extra points will be charged extra.Telephone and cable points will be given at necessary places.
Others:
Aseptic tank and soakpit will be provided.An over head tank & a deep bore well connected to OH tank.
