HARDWARE:    
Locks along with fi ttings for main doors and other doors.

KITCHEN:    
Granite platform with stainless steel sink with both municipal water and bore water provision and ceramic tile dadoing up to 2’ height.

TOILETS:    
All toilets with non slippery ceramic tile flooring and wall cladding up to door height. One wall mixer, with shower of standard make. EWC with flush tank and washbasin of Rasi/Cera/Hindustan or equivalent make. Provision for Gyser in all toilets. ISI certified GI/CPVC piping.

FLOORING:    
Vitrified tile flooring in all rooms. Plain ceramic tiles in balconies.

PAINTING:    
All interior walls with lappam finish and emulsion paint. Exterior of building painted with exterior quality paint.

ELECTRICAL:    
Best quality copper wiring through PVC conduits canceled in walls and in ceiling. Adequate power points with modular switches.

TELECOM:    
Telephone points will be provided at 4 places as per design.

TELEVISION:    
Provision for cable TV will be given at 4 places as per design.

WATER SUPPLY:    
Underground and over head storage tanks of suitable capacity with provision for bore and municipal water separately.
