Structure

• Structurally Designed Reinforced cement concrete framed structure for STILT, GROUND 4 UPPER Floors. 

Cement

• Cement of PPC or OPC Grades of reputed makes like PENNA/PRIYA/SAGAR/MAHA or Equivalent will be used. 

Steel

• Grade of steel will be Fe -415 confirming to IS 1786-1984. 

Super structure

• Bricks or equivalent based on availability.9 inch thick external walls and 4 inch thick internal walls. 

Plastering

• Cement mortar with sponge finishing for external walls and smooth finishing for internal walls. 

Doors

• Main Door is Teak wood door with wooden shutters.
• Internal doors are Teak wood Frame with Flush door Panel shutters.
• Main door will be polish finished. Internal Doors will be of laminate finish or equivalent.
• Windows Painted Wooden Window frames and shutters fitted with 4 mm glass and fitted with painted Mild steel grills. 

Flooring

• Vitrified tile flooring of size 2 x 2 for living, dining, Kitchen rooms and bedrooms.
• Anti-skid ceramic tile flooring for toilets & wash area. Ceramic tiles up to 6 feet height level for toilets walls. 

Kitchen Finish

• Black pearl Granite platform with one stain less steel sink; 2' height dadoing with glazed tiles above the cooking platform.3 modular sliding trays will be provided at kitchen. 

Plumbing

• CPVC Water lines of Ajay/prince/Astral make, PVC drain lines of prince/Ajay Make for Drainage. Toilets will be provided with European style water closet & C.P Fittings of PARRYWARE/HINDWARE/CERA OR EQUIVALENT will be provided. 

Electrical fittings

• copper wiring with standard electrical fittings of Finolex/Anchor/GM make or Equivalent will be provided, Modular switches of anchor/GM/Legrand or Equivalent make will be provided. 

Painting

• Internal walls with smooth luppam putty of ASIAN/BERGER and Emulsion colour paints of ASIAN/BERGER or equivalent will be used for interior walls.  Fans of Crompton Greaves/Usha or equivalent & Tube lights of GM/Phillips/Havells at Hall & Bedrooms except kitchen, Toilets, wash area & Balconies. L.E.D Lights at Toilets, wash area & Balconies will be provided. 

Genset

• tiCHER/MAHINDRA/Ashoka Leyland Make genset with acoustic enclosure.  

Lift

• 6 Passengers lift of KONE/JOHNSON Make .  Percolation pit will be provided.
