A combination of Texture paint containing synthetic plaster chemicals applied on cement plaster and external emulsion paint )1 reputed make.

INTERNAL: Smooth finish with luppom altek or equivalent, two coats of acrylic emulsion paints over a coat of primer.

Vitrified Porcelain Tiles with skirting.
TOILETS: Anti skid Ceramic Tiles.
TILES CLADDING & DADOING KITCHEN: Glazed Ceramic Tiles dado up to 21)" height above kitchen platform.
