Teak wood door frame with OST shutter for main door with contemporary design. And all other door in seasoned sal wood frame with flush doors.

OTHER SHUTTERS:
Flush wooden Door Shutters of 1 1/4 thickness of ISI/Branded quality.

WINDOWS:
Aluminium window with plain glass and with safety grills and Aluminum Ventilators in toilets.

KITCHEN:
Granite kitchen platform with bull-nosing or edge polished and with stainless steel sink otherwise kitchen will be design to suit modular kitchen. two feet cladding with glazed tiles above the kitchen platform.

TOILETS:
Ceramic anti skid tiles of 8 & 8 feet flooring and glazed tiles of 8 & 12 for walls up to 7 feet height, C.P plumbing fitting brand or equivalent sanitary fittings.

PAINTING / POLISHING:
Oil bound distemper paint / emulsion for external walls, enamel paint / emulsion for external walls, enamel paint for doors and grills.

ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING:
One T.V. and Telephone point in living and master Bed Room. Fire resistant electrical copper wires of ISI and Anchor Roma brand, switches to be used. II Plumbing and drainage lines are pressure checked to ensure total leak proof toilets and fitting are of standard C.P ISI Brand
