Structure -

• Construction will be with RCC framework with Standard solid AAC block designed by our Architect / Engineer.

Finishing –

• External brick surface shall be painted with water proof paint after Putty application and internal finishing will be with Gypsum/Putty Plaster.

 Doors -

• All doors shall be 30-32mm thick commercial flush doors with steel fittings. Frames to be of 4”X2-1/2” Malaysian Sal. / Kapoor wood.

 Windows –

• Fully Glazed composite aluminum windows with fittings (Grill at extra cost).

Flooring -

• Vitrified Tiles flooring in all rooms.

Kitchenette –

• Raised stone cooking platform with 2 ft. white/colored glazed tiles above cooking platform only and one Black stone or SS sink and one tap will be provided. Exhaust fan provision will be given with electrical point.

Toilet-

• Ceramic Wall & floor Tiles. Doors shall be wooden. All bath fitting CP with good quality branded sanitary ware.

Terrace-

• Crazy  mosaic finish

What about grills –

• We will provide compulsorily and it is part of EDC

Electrical provision for A.C : –

• Yes, only in one bedroom of 2BHK all block and 3BHK all block.

Geyser provisions –

• Yes. We are providing piping and plug point.

Exhaust cut-out provisions –

• Yes, in Toilet and Kitchen only.

Chimney provisions-

• Yes, one cut-out will be provided which can be used for fixing exhaust fan or a chimney pipe.

Thickness of outer wall –

• 8 – 10 inch including finishing.
• Area of community hall:
• 1737 sqft. approx.

Thickness of inner wall –

• 4 – 6 inch including finishing.
• Swimming pool
• Part of club.

Electricals-

• All rooms will have concealed wiring of insulated Aluminum conductor of standard make. All rooms will consist of one light point, one fan point & one plug point. Kitchen will have one light point, one fan point, two power points& exhaust point. One point for fridge connection and one calling bell point at the entrance will also be provided. TV & Telephone points in living/dining room will be provided. One AC point in one bedroom only in 2BHK & 3BHK Blocks.

Extra Electrical points and extra fittings-

• Sufficient no. of electrical points will be provided. If you need more Electrical points then buyer has to do it on his own.

Provision for generator:

• DG back up with specified load. 1BHK (300W), 2BHK (500W) & 3BHK (750W).
• Fire fighting arrangement
• Yes, the project has taken the requisite approvals from West Bengal Fire Service Department.

Is the buildings are Earthquake resistant or not?

• Yes, The structural design is in compliance with the prescribed norms for the earth quake resistance in the particular zone.

Vastu approval –

• We have tried our best that most flats are Vastu compliant but you can check with your Vastu consultant before taking decision.

Height of the boundary wall:

• Approx 2 Meter high Wire mesh fencing.
