Structure: 

• R.C.C. framed structure made by steel (SRMB/ ELEGANT/ TATA/ JINDAL) and cement like ACC, Birla, Unique, Lafarge, Untratech Etc.

WALL:- 

• External wall shall be 8th thick, partition wall bwtween two room will be 5.

WALL FINISH:- 

• Outside plaster of the building shall be painted with weather coat/ shield, inside wall of room will be finished by wall putty.

DOOR:- 

• Door frame shall be made of good quality sal Wood of 4X2.5X6-6 height. All door shutter except bathroom will be single leaf phenol bonded compact waterproof flush door and bathrooms frame and drro shutter will be PVC. Main door shall be made by wood.

WINDOW:- 

• All windows shall be made by aluminumframe and glass with integrated grill provided with 3mm frosted glass and also 2 coats primer complete. Fan light for bathroom shall made by shttel.

FLOOR:- 

• Floor tiles/ marble (2×2) with dabo.

KITCHEN:- 

• Cocking platform by Blackstone and stanless steel sink will be provided with floor tiles/ marble (2X2)

TOILET:- 

• Floor tiles on floow, Dabo upto 6-0 height from flow with glazed tiles. One shower including concealed stop cock (jaguar/ Mark). One european commode including low down cistern. One whild basin will be provide on dining space only. One O.T. pan in other toilet, Two nos tap in each Toilet. One Geyser point in one Toilet to be provided.

SANITARY & WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM:- 

• All inside plumbing work to be concealed with ISI GI pipes and fittings. All sanitary fittings ara ISI mark. Require size of over head tank and under ground water storage tank to be provided.

ELECTRICAL WORK:- 

• All electrical wiring will be concealed ISI standard switch (Anchor), Plugs, Sockets, Power plug etc.. of renowned company tot be provided, 4 nos, electrical point will be provided for each bed room and one power point for Refrigerator only. Point of Air-Condition, in one bed room only.
