Framed Structure:
RCC Framed Structure designed to earth quake resistance and
using FE 415 Tor Steel conforming to IS Code and Ready Mix
Concrete of suitable design.

Super Structure:
Good quality table - Moulded bricks of size 9" (1:6) for External
(open to sky) and 4.5" (1:5) for internal walls in Cement Mortar /
AAC blocks forexternal and internal walls.

Wall & Ceiling Finishes:
Plastering for all external and internal walls and ceiling with two
coats of cement mortar with sponge finishing (1:5) & (1:4)
