Lingampally, Chandannagar, Hafeezpet, and Hi-Tech City are its nearby railway stations. However, Lingampally is the nearest and major railway station to Sultanpur which is located at a distance of 11 km via Krishna Reddy Pet Road.
Operational Phase-1 of Hyderabad Metro Line-1 (Red Line) is passing through the locality. Miyapur, JNTU, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Balanagar, Moosapet, Bharat Nagar, Erragadda, ESI, and S.R. Nagar are stations of this route.

Its close proximity to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, strong connectivity to other parts of Hyderabad along with major IT Parks of the city have been a plus point for Sultanpur, driving residential demand and development in the locality. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS & SB) has commissioned three service reservoirs to meet the water demand of this belt. The reservoirs have been constructed at Hyder Nagar, HUDA Park, and Hafeezpet. It will reduce the water scarcity of those regions.

Proposed and Planned Infrastructure
FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) has been allocated 50 acres of land on the outskirts of Hyderabad to develop an exclusive Women’s, Industrial Park.
