Structure:
Earth-quake resisting R.C.C framed structure.External Walls 8 inch thick masonry walls .Internal walls 6 inch thick masonry walls.

Plaster:
20mm thick smooth plain plaster internal finish. Sand faced cement plaster and architectural finish in exterior.

Walls Finishing:
Plastic emulsion piant in the interious.Cement based piant on exterior.

Doors & Windows:
Main door with double moulded concrete frame & T.W.decorative Shutter with beading & brass fitting & safety locking system.

Doors with concrete frame with flush doors of 30mm panel. Bath & W.C.Door: concrete frame with flush doors shutter.Aluminium glazed windows with M.S. grill for security.

Flooring:
Vitrifide (2'*2') Flooring in all rooms with 3" high skirting. None-skid flooring tiles with ceramic tile dado upto lintel level in bath & toilet.

Kitchen:
Working platform with Black Granite Stone.Glazed ceramic tiles dado above platform. Stenless steel sink,Water filter point.

Electrical:
Concealed conduit copper wiring with points for lights,fans & socket points. ISI mark quality fittings & fixtures will be used along with semi-modular switches.Adequate power points in a kitchen for water filter,mixer etc. geyser & exhaust point in toilet. Protection for safety from hazards will be provided through MCB.

Toilets:
Will be provided with European WC/Orisa pan in the toilets. Concealed plumbing with hot & cold mixer unit of standard quality make & wall up to ceiling 7'ht.with good quality fittings Non-skid tiles with ceramic tile for dado up to lintel level.

Telephone & TV:
Concealed cable & telephone wiring in drawing.

Elevater:
There are total 2 Elevators in each building with one Elevator power back up.

Water Supply:
Provision of sump & over –head tank .
