STRUCTURE:

• Building shall be R.C.C. framed structure with external walls in solid cement blocks of 6” thickness and internal walls of 4 1/2" thickness.

• Wash basin and wall mounted closets of Jaquar / Hindware make, Dado in Ceramic tiles up to 7 Feet height. Single lever diverters or wall mixers will be provided in all bath rooms.

KITCHEN:

• Kitchen will be provided with Granite platform 20mm thickness, and stainless-steel single bowl sink, Glazed Tiles will be provided over the platform up to 2 ft height.

WATER SUPPLY:

• Overhead and underground tank of adequate capacity with pumps for Corporation water and Borewell water will be provided.

ELECTRIFICATION:

• Fire resistant Anchor Copper Wire in concealed conductors with concealed switch boards provided with modular switches. Telephone and Satellite T.V cable points in the living room and master bedroom.

PAINTING:

• Asian Tractor emulsion paint for interiors, over walls and ceilings. Weather proof (ACB) paint for exteriors.

LIFT:

• 6 passenger automatic lift of reputed company will be provided.

ELEVATION:

• A modern and aesthetic elevation shall be provided as per architect’s design.
• MS Railings in balconies of appropriate design and height for safety.

CAR PARK:

• Car parking facility shall be provided in the basement floor on ownership basis.
