STRUCTURE:

• RCC framed structure to withstand wind and seismic loads.

• Internal Door Shutter : Hard wood flush door with PVC membrane. / Hard wood flush door with Chemical laminate.
• Windows : UPVC door frames with plain glass with suitable finished as per design.
• Provision of mosquito mesh track with M.S. Grills.
• Balconies : M.S.Railings with enamel paint.

SANITARY :

• All sanitary materials (White color only)and C.P. fittings are chrome plated of Cera / Asian / Parryware or equivalent brand.

BATHROOMS:

• All bathrooms with EWC's wall mixer cum shower, provision for Geyser and 3 No.s wash basins in 3BHK and 2 No.s wash basins in 2BHK. 
• All CPVC pipes are ASHIRVAD make or equivalent and PVC pipes are PRINCE / ASHIRVAD make or equivalent.

FLOORING:

• Living, Dining, Bedroom & Kitchen: 24" x 24" vitrified tiles
