R.C.C. : Framed Structure

Super Structure : Red clay Brick work in cement mortar. Outer walls “9 thickness and inner walls 4 1/2” thickness.

Plastering     : Internal & External double coat cement plastering

Wood Work     : Main Door: The best quality Teak wood frame with Teak wood shutter and design panel, Melamine matt polish and good           quality hardware of Brass with security lock.

Internal Doors: The best quality Teak wood frame with flush shutter and good quality hardware.

Windows: UPVC window with safety grills, glass and standard fittings.

Painting         

1.Internal: Two coats luppam & two coats plastic emulsion paint over a base of primer in all rooms excluding balcony.
