Toilets flooring to be white marble and 1500 mm height white ceramic tiles in dado (wall) and necessary fittings with one white basin and one white Indian type of pan and /or commode, one Shower & two taps.

Kitchen:
Black stone in counter-top and dado 600 mm ceramic colour tiles and one stainless steel sink and kitchen floor to be kumara marble & two taps.
 
Hardware:
Standard Aluminum  or similar type fitting.

Internal Wall:
Plaster of Paris only.

External Wall:
Cement Based paint & other decorative finish.

Roofing:
Regarded with 1:2:4 cement Concrete.

Electrification:
Concealed copper wiring and ample points in all the rooms with switches and points of repute make.

Water Supply:
Deep tube-well with sub-marsible pump and municipal water connection common use.
All exposed Pipes will be of P.V.C. and all concealed pipes will be of Medium Non Tata.
Three steel taps will be provided in toilets along with a shower and taps in kitchen.

Balcony:
Up to two and half feet covered by bricks or M.S. grills.
