Swastiik Foundations

Swastiik foundations are a partnership firm, promoted by Mr V.C.Palani, qualified graduate, in association with Mrs Padma. Being a second generation entrepreneur, Mr V. C. Palani, was fortunate to be guided by his late father from the mid 1980's, when real estate was still in a nascent stage. His father (late )was a registered government contractor, had undertaken several assignments of the state government and also diversified in the field of residential constructions, plotted real estate development in the suburbs and had successfully developed approved layouts of several acres in the city of Chennai.
