It was a passion 25 years ago when Mr. K Swaminathan started Swathi Builders back in 1986. Our first project was in Adyar and it was one of the few units that time to have free covered car parking. The apartment is still functional and does not look like a 25 year old apartment. The reason is, we not only built it well but we matched the apartment to the right owners who didn't abuse the building.
In the last couple of decades we have done over 50 projects in Chennai.
